He has been a civil mediator certified by the Italian Ministry of Justice since 2006 and a trainer since 2011; he operates as a mediator at the Chamber of Commerce of Maremma and Tirreno, Conciliatore BancarioFinanziario, ADRCenter; he is an international accredited professional mediator at the Mainland-Hong Kong Joint Mediation Center. He specializes in the use of mediation to prevent conflict in the event of the corporate financial crisis.

Griselda Zulma Mela, lawyer, university teacher and mediator with national and international training in family, criminal and community mediation. He currently works as operational assistant manager in community mediation for the Ministry of Justice and Security of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. He is in charge of the community mediation program of the 15 communes that make up the Autonomous City of Bs. As

Michael (Xuhui) Fang, NCTDR fellow, executive member of the Computational Law Committee of China Computer Federation and Senior Counsel of Shenzhen E-business Better Service Centre (EBS) . As an observer at UNCITRAL , he participated in drafting the Introduction of the UNCITRAL Technical Notes on ODR and succeeded in making a proposal introducing the “ security” standard into the Technical Notes. In the 56th session of UNCITRAL Working Group IV, he drew the attention of the Working Group to the relevance of the Technical Notes on ODR for resolving the disputes arising from cloud computing transactions.

Marco Giacalone is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow at Seraphin.legal, where he is Chef de Projet on Online Dispute Resolution. He is also an Affiliated Researcher at the Research Group on Law, Science, Technology and Society (LSTS) at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). His work analyses the transformations of law in the field of Access to Justice with a special focus on the fields of Private International Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), EU regulations and the application of economic principles into the field of law.
